Toubleshooting
The appliance is not working
when pressing the bottle.
The blades do not turn
smoothly.
Ingredients are stuck but
blades are still turning.
Blades stopped turning or
becomes very slow.
The ingredients leaked from
the blade unit.

distributors or service centers.
Abnormal smells coming
out from the motor base
Have blended continuously for too long.
The smell is from the motor where the oil is
evaporated under the heat generated by
prolonged usage.
Stop the appliance and cool it down for 30
minutes.
Protective device activated
and the blender stopped.
Unplug from the mains.
Wait for 30 min then restart.
Used the ingredients that is not allowed (as
detailed on P.4)
When the ingredients is sticky, too little
water, too hard or other banned substances,
this could cause abnormal operation.
