All products come with a warranty registration card in the fi nal page of the user manual and it
detailed the registration procedures.
Warranty period is one year counting from the date of purchase. You will need to present (i)
the warranty card (exempted if registered online) and (ii) purchase receipt when requesting
for warranty services. If it is lost please contact your dealer to obtain the proof of purchase.
If the warranty period is expired you may still contact the local distributor or service agent for
assistance. However a certain fee could be involved for initial checks, repairing services, and
parts if the appliance can be repaired.
