4 | Cleaning and maintenance
The routine maintenance program below must absolutely be followed to en-
sure that the device operates adequately and under the conditions of maxi-
mum safety even long after the original purchase date:
Cleaning the unit:
• Remove the batteries from the device every time you clean it.
• Use a soft, slightly damp cloth for cleaning.
• In case of more extreme soiling you can also moisten the cloth with mild
cleaner.
• Do not immerse in liquids to clean the product. If water penetrates into the
device, only use it again once it is completly dry.
• Do not use any chemical cleaners or abrasive agents for cleaning
• The user must not attempt any repairs to the device or any of its accessories
• If signs of damage are present or if the device was used improperly, stop
using the product and contact the retailer.
• The device does not require calibration or verifi cation of performance
parameters.
• The characteristics are systematically verifi ed and validated for each device
manufactured.
• These characteristics are stable and do not vary when used under normal
conditions.
• If the device does not work correctly, contact the customer service.
