button for 2 seconds to turn off the device at any
mode.
Batteries:
To replace the batteries, open the battery cover and remove the
batteries. Replace them with two new AAA alkaline batteries.
3.1 | Possible areas for treatment
Where to attach self-adhesive electrode pad?
Each person reacts diff erently to electric nerve stimulation. Therefore the
placement of the electrode diff ers individually. If application is not success-
full, contact your physician to fi nd out which placement techniques are best
for you. The size of adhesive pad may not be changed, e.g. by clipping off
parts of them.
Note the following, when placing the electrodes for the treatment:
• If you want to activate the surface muscles, attach the adhesive electrode
parallel to the fi bres.
• To reach the deep muscle layers, place the adhesive pad diagonal to the
muscle fi bres.
