Configuration
:
1. The ATM
serial port
has to be configured as follows:
.- Bits per second: 9600
.- Data bits: 8
.- Parity: None
.- Stop bits: 1
.- Flow control: None
2. Features of the text sent:
.- The characters must be coded in ANSI format.
.- Each line must finish with a CR.
.- Not all the ANSI characters are supported. These are the characters admitted by
the protocol:

3. VX-ATM: Select the POS protocol to use in the Configuration/POS windows, for
further information please consult the chapter five.

With this configuration the VX-ATM shows in the video the text strings as are received, the unit
adds at the beginning of each line the
hour’s text reception.
It saves the text labelled with the reception date and time internally, so it is possible to search
by date and text, and combine it to the correspondent video.
The unit dispose of 2 USB ports at the rear to connect to the ATM; this is the order of the ports
for the USB-RS232 connections:
