PPTZ-025010 Pin Hole Pan Tilt Zoom Camera
The PPTZ" designed to allow +/- 30 degree pan and tilt range along with 2.5- 10mm zoom. All this
through a 2mm discreet aperture. The device incorporates a low light high resolution colour
Camera a pin hole zoom lens and smooth low noise pan and tilt drives along with the necessary drive
train and control electronics.
With focal length variable from 2.5—10mm the camera is ideal for room surveillance applications"
making identification possible at up to 10m.
The camera and lens are mounted upon a forward centre pan and tilt frame allowing the camera and
lens to sweep through a 60 degree arc in both pan and tilt. The centre of rotation of these arcs is a
point in space slightly in front of the tip of the pinhole lens. Using this arrangement allows the
camera it’s full range of motion whilst only requiring a 2mm external aperture.
The PPTZ-025010 shares a common physical and electrical interface with all other Visual Engineering
cameras and can be setup and installed via our HHPTZ or DMMC controller / viewer. The design of
the pan and tilt mechanism allows customer specific cameras to be mounted.

our BDU provides a complete programmable control and monitor station.
