2.3 Connections

NOTES:
The camera is only able to output one signal at a time.
To gain access to the camera OSD and lens set up, please refer to your DVR manual
for the correct coax telemetry, for TVI select TVI / Hik-C. For AHD select Fastrax-C
–
this will give menu access from the DVR (you will need to refer to the DVR manual for
the commands).
2.4 Basic Installation
The camera is for use in ceiling / soffit or pendant mounting applications (pendant and wall
mounting is via bracket
– not included). The camera should be attached to a structural object, such
as hard wood, wall stud or ceiling rafter that supports the weight of the camera.
1. Make screw holes on the ceiling using the supplied mounting Template Sheet.
2. Fix the camera to the ceiling using supplied Anchors (4x) and Mounting Screws (4x), or suitable
fixings
Note: If installing externally, it is recommended that a silicon bead is applied to the base of
the housing.
