6.2 Connecting PLC/Power Cable
The following steps must be carried out in an electrically dead state.
1. Insert the 12-pin Hirose plug of the PLC/Power cable into the I/O socket
on the device.
2. Connect the open end of the PLC/power cable to the control unit/power
supply.
NOTICE
The maximum permissible current per connector contact is limited.

When using the digital outputs, the operating I/O supply voltage must be
connected to all connector contacts (pins 1, 2 and 9).
• The I/O supply voltage is connected to the operating voltage in the
camera.
• Pins 1, 2 and 9 must be supplied using the same voltage level.
