2. WAN controle instructions
If a fixed WAN IP address is what leads to the
recorder, then you can directly connect through
the WAN network settings after you have set
the recorder.
The host settings steps are as follows: After
logging in, click on menu, navigate to "Network
Settings" and select the "Dial-up Settings" interface, enter the user name and password and
click "link" to connect to the Internet. When the connection is successful, the recorder
relevant network information display.
If you have multiple recorders, the you should make different ports to distinctive recorders,
otherwise one can not make connections to seperate recorders.

Problems related to power up, selftest en system interuptions
Why will the DVR not start while it is on the
power supply and connected to the mains?
1.
Make sure you have turned the power switch on the
recorder at the rear.
2.
Make sure power is connected to 230V and whether it is
functional.
I see Viscoo boot logo, but why does it stop
in the self-check process?
This may be an error in the hard drive, please drive to
disconnect (power off) and see if the problem is resolved.
Then verify that the system will continue to operate without
hard disk.
The system is finally booted, but it seems to
run very slowly.
An error in the hard drive ensures that the system must work
hard to check the disk again.
Why does the system restart after self-
check?
1.
Make sure the hard drive formatted in FAT32 file format.
2.
Check whether the system is in PAL or NTSC format are, for
Europe it should be PAL.
3.
Remove the network cable and make sure the system
continues to run. There may be problems with your network
to the recorder .
