General Safety Instructions

Read this manual thoroughly before first use, even if you are familiar with this 
type of product. The safety precautions enclosed herein reduce the risk of fire, 
electric shock and injury when correctly adhered to. Keep the manual in a safe 
place for future reference, along with the completed warranty card, purchase 
receipt and carton. If applicable, pass these instructions on to the next owner of 
the appliance.

• 

Only use the included power adaptor to charge the shaver. It contains a  
transformer to transform 220-240VAC to a safe low voltage (3.2V DC  
150mA). Do not cut off the power adaptor and replace it with another.

• 

Do not use the shaver if the power adaptor or its cord or plug is damaged, 
if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or if it has 
been dropped into water. Contact our after sales support line for advice. A 
damaged unit must be replaced with a new one with the original type voltage 
to avoid damaging the shaver.

• 

Do not use an extension cord or a voltage converter with this appliance.

• 

Do not wrap the cord around the appliance.

• 

Do not store the charging base and power adaptor in temperatures below 
5˚C or above 35˚C. Always store it in an area free of moisture.

• 

Make sure the charging base and power adaptor do not come into contact 
with any liquid, especially when connected to the power outlet.

• 

Keep the power adaptor and cord away from heated surfaces.

• 

Make sure the shaver and its attachments cannot fall into water at any time.

• 

Never drop or insert any object into any opening in the appliance.

• 

Make sure the cord of the power adaptor is disconnected from the charging 
base when storing the appliance.

• 

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with 
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience 
and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction 
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

• 

Young children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the 
appliance. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or 
near children.
