INCLINE FEATURE

 • Incline may be adjusted anytime after belt movement.
 • Incline can’t be back to 0 after removing safety key.
 • Incline can be back to 0 after starting machine again.

PULSE GRIP FEATURE
Hold on both stainless steel pulse sensors in the handrails, the The Pulse (Heart Rate) console window will
display your current heart rate during the workout within 15 seconds . Note: You must use both stainless 
steel sensors to display your pulse.

CALORIE DISPLAY
Displays the cumulative calories burned at any given time during your workout.

NOTE: 

This is only a rough guide used for comparison of different exercise sessions, which 
cannot be used for medical purposes.

Press the mode button until the LED monitor shows HRC. Select the program by pressing the “Clear/Set” 
button. Then select the (target) heart rate by pressing the “Speed up” or “Speed down” button. Press “Start” 
to start the HRC program. During this program, the speed and incline will change based on your heart rate. 
The incline become higher as soon as the pre-entered target heart rate has not yet been reached. If this 
heartbeat is exceeded, the speed and incline will decrease.
