ERROR CODES
E1:
•
Motor does not work (motor problems)
Solution:
This problem may be caused by the motor having
difficulty adjusting its resistance, resulting in a loud motor noise.
When this happens, the motor may be possibly damaged by a
malfunction. Change the resistor and try again. If this does not
solve the problem, check that the magnetic resistance system
is not damaged, that there is room to adjust it, and that the
gears mesh properly. Once the problem has been solved, check
that the motor is working properly. If this still does not solve the
problem, replace the motor.

TROUBLESHOOTING
The display does not show any values:
Check that the sensor and
console cables are properly attached and undamaged. If this does not
solve the problem, carefully bend the sensor.
Exercise bike squeaks:
Check that all bolts and nuts are tight. If
necessary, apply silicone spray.
Ticking noise when pedalling:
This may be caused by one of the
pedals. Remove the pedal(s) and mount it (them) correctly on the unit.
Tighten the pedal(s) firmly. If this does not solve the problem, contact
the supplier.
NOTE!
The "R" (right) pedal must be mounted clockwise and the "L"
(left) pedal must be mounted counter-clockwise.
The hand sensors are not working properly:
Wash your hands, dry
them well and test the hand sensors again. If this does not solve the
problem, check the handlebar cables for damage and ensure that they
are properly connected to the connector. If this still does not correct
the problem, replace the handlebar.
Console does not work:
If there is no signal when pedalling, check that
the cable is correctly connected.
