5.6.12 Clean the mixing system

To prevent clogging of ingredients the mixers must be removed
from the coffee machine and cleaned.

Perform this procedure:

• Weekly (see 

Preventive maintenance schedule

 on page 42),

more if needed.

Perform the following steps:

1. Remove the outlet hoses from the mixers.

2. Remove the canister outlets and remember the correct

position and location of each outlet.
