Filter does not pass water 
or do it slowly

Filter service life expired

Replace filter

Filter has not been soaked 
for 10 minutes before use

Soak the filter for 10 minutes 
before use

Carbon material stuck

Take out filter, shake it 
and reinstall 

Water leakage from filter

Sealing gasket has not been 
installed well or deformed

Reinstall the dealing gasket 
or replace a new one

UV indicator fails to light up

Water does not reaches the 
level of UV lamp

Battery is dead

Touch switch is dirty

Fill water to cover UV lamp 
and press the button

Charge the battery

Clean switch with cloth

The lid can`t be closed tightly

Reservoir does not install 
well to the pitcher

Reinstall the reservoir

Warranty

VIOMI guarantees the consumer THE PERIOD OF NINETY (90) DAYS from the date of purchase, except for
 the filter which is warranted for 30 days.
During this 90-day period, if you discover that any parts of the VIOMI pitcher are damaged or broken, due to 
any manufacturing defects, we will replace the parts free of charge. 
VIOMI water filter pitcher, when used strictly in accordance with instructions, has the effects on municipally 
treated, potable tap water described in the enclosed literature. 
Please contact your seller or any other VIOMI distributors if you need any other service or help.
