 The guide shoe of the chain microswitch must always 

act on the inner chain as indicated in (Fig. 18bis/i).

 

N.B.: Do not over-stretch the chain.

- If necessary, use the handwheel for manual operation 

to adjust the chain in order to simplify fitting of the 

chain stretcher - Fig. 19/a.

-  Remove  the  supporting  feet  and  handles  from  the 

lift body.

7) ASSEMBLING THE PLATFORM WITH DRIVEN 

FRONT ACCESS (B.I. - B.R.)

On customer request it is possible to have a footboard 

with overturning front side (Fig. 20/a).

Such a footboard permits, on the lower floor only, to 

access/go down perpendicularly to the machine.

7.1) Assembling the platform
a) 

Remove the top plate from the platform by undoing 

the relative screws.

b) 

Make sure that the two platform supports, fixed by a 

wedge and a plastic clamp, are in the assembly position 

(Fig. 21/a/b).
