4) INSTALLING THE CARRIAGE
- Insert the carriage into the rail and manually move
it to the lower floor, at a proper height to make the
subsequent structure assembly easier.
- Assemble the cover and the sheet plate with the proper
self-threading screws 4.8x13, on the upper rail side.
- Fix the cable holder plate to the carriage (facing in
the down direction) using suitable screws (Fig. 12/c).
- At this point, check that the safety gear hook is hori-
zontal (Fig. 12/e) and that the pins (Fig. 12/a - Fig. 12/b)
are vertically aligned (using a spirit level).
N.B.: Each system will carry a card listing the ope-
rations to be carried out.
- Engage the safety gear hook to prevent undesirable
movements when the lift structure is fitted.
5) COMPLETE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY
1) Assemble the actuator (Fig. 13/a) with nut (Fig. 13/b),
washer (Fig. 13/c) and friction (Fig. 13/d) paying atten-
tion that the release friction must result opposite to the
machine and check the quote 274 mm (see Fig. 13)
when the actuator is closed (therefore on the opposite
side of the micros of the actuator itself).
2) On the support (fork) insert the two rubber pieces
(vibration-damping) (Fig. 14/b), then screw the actuator
(Fig. 14/e) with a TE M10x90 screw (Fig. 14/a), a Ø UNI
6593 washer (Fig. 14/c) and M10 self-locking nut (Fig.
14/d) (it is advisable doing this before as the frame is
obstructing the field).
Note: screw till placing the rubber spacers at sup-
port level.
3) Screw into the frame (on the machine low side) (Fig.
15/c) with M10x30 screw (Fig. 15/a) and Ø 10 washer
(Fig. 15/b).
4) Release the friction (Fig. 16/a).
5) Bring the friction tube (Fig. 17/a) at the same level
as the support holes (Fig. 17/b) and fix with TE M8x50
screw (Fig. 17/c) and thread-locking adhesive (Loctite).
6) FITTING THE LIFT BODYWORK
- Bring the lift bodywork towards the carriage, trying to
align it with the carriage sprocket.
- Connect the connectors of the cable carrier chain
driver:
(blue cable 4 x 1 for power supply)
(green cable 8 x 0.35 for control boards) (optional)
MODULAR OR STOCK RAIL:
- Pass the power supply cable inside the spiral
tube and fix with the proper cable gland to the lid
by the top side of the rail (after having removed
the tab of the down side of the lid) (Fig. 9/e).
- Drill with Ø 6 the chain holder profile close to
the rail connection and fix with the proper self-
threading screws 4.8x13 (Fig. 9/c).
