5.1. Cleaning condenser
Check once a month, or more often if necessary, that the condenser is clean. The condenser is
located at the back of the cabinet on the service side behind a detachable grid.
Carry out the following procedures when necessary.
1. Vacuum the condenser fins and check that the spaces between the fins are unobstructed.
2. Pull the top edge of the plate outwards and turn the plate downwards, as
indicated in the enclosed drawing.
If the NRC-100 controller turns off the cabinet's lights or turns on the red
signal light on the controller's panel to signal high pressure in the condenser
(
Err6
), check the condenser and clean it, if necessary. If the cabinet still
doesn't function normally after this procedure, contact service.
When the cabinet is disconnected from the mains
supply, the sump heater or pump will not operate
and drain water or cleaning liquid may fill the
evaporation sump.
NOTE
Access the Saga condensing unit from the back
of the cabinet by lifting the cover plate up and
removing the plate. See
figure 5 on the inside
cover
.
Access the Aida condensing unit by removing the
detachable wire grid. See
figure 7, item E on the
inside cover
.
NOTE
6. Interruptions in electricity distribution
The cabinet will start up automatically after a power cut or an interruption in the electricity supply.
The evaporation drain sump may overflow during a power cut. After a power cut, check that the
cabinet operates normally. If necessary, contact your nearest service organisation.
7. Servicing and spare parts
The specifications of the cabinet are marked on the rating plate, see
the inside cover
. Please
inform your authorised service organisation of the cabinet type, name, serial number and the
Control markings marked on the rating plate. A wiring diagram and a list of technical specifications
(FAKTA) that includes a component list are enclosed in a plastic wallet inside the machinery
compartment of the cabinet. The service periods of the cabinet are defined in a service contract.
Only authorised fitters may carry out servicing and repair of the machinery and
electrical equipment in the cabinet. The evaporator should be cleaned by authorised
service personnel.
NOTE
It is recommended to use Norpe spare parts.
