Roll unit back & forth to check the retractable cord reel to ensure that it is
in good condition�
Inspect cord end for any damage�
Check counter calibration with a tape measure�
Ensure counter wheel spins freely�
Clean and lubricate caster wheels�
Check rear plastic track wheels�
Check cutter chain tension�
Check re-roller to ensure latches are in good condition and working properly�
Inspect cutter blades and change as needed (should be easy to insert blades� If not, clean
debris from blade slots)�
Inspect and lube re-roller drop down pivot points�
Inspect re-roller drop down latch mechanism for proper operation�

Preventative Maintenance is Recommended Every 100 Hours or 12 Months. Inspect both sides of the machine.
The inspection of all hooks, bolts, pins, mounting hardware, chains and the overall condition of these components
are critical to ensure machine safety, and integrity of the preventative maintenance process� Initialling each line as
indicated below confi rms these items have been thoroughly inspected for defects�
Parts technician should have on hand for each store that a PM is being done� Estimated time to complete
PM about 1/2 hour per machine�
