Using the Setup Menu
Reversing Image (VIDEO
The
enables the actual image on the monitor to be
reversed. Move the cursor to the
menu with the
Select
switches and then the
image will appear on the screen. To view the original image
select “POSI” with the Right/Left switches.
Compensating the
Gamma Constant (GAMMA)
using the “GAMMA” menu, the Gamma compensation can be set to
prevent the image from the Gamma effects caused by the physical
characteristics of the Braun tube in the monitor. Move the cursor to the
“GAMMA”
menu with the Up/Down switches and select “0.45” with the
switches. This will make the images on the monitor look more
natural.
Exiting the Setup Menu (EXIT)
After all the necessary menus are Setup properly, exit the SETUP menu
using the “EXIT” menu. Move the cursor to the “EXIT” menu with the
Up/Down switches. Select “SAVE” to store all the changed values you
have entered. If you want to restore the previous Setup values and erase
all
changed values you have entered, select “QUIT.” To restore the
values preset at the time of manufacturing, select “PRESET.”
