Using the appliance for preparing Kubbe:
Always make sure to prepare the food you are about to process before you use
the appliance.
The mixture of minced meat you are about to use should be already
prepared. During the preparation of the minced meat make sure to process /
grind it for 2-3 times
Defrost frozen mixture of minced meat you have already prepared
thoroughly.
Place all prepared mixture of minced meat in a bowl near the appliance in
order to be able to feed the hopper easy.
After you prepare the mixture of minced meat you are about to process, follow the
instructions below in order to use the appliance:
1. Make sure the appliance is not connected to the power supply.
2. Put the appliance on a flat and stable surface.
3. Assemble the kubbe attachment and the feed hopper (16) on the appliance
according to the instructions of the “ASSEMBLY” paragraph and make sure
that all parts are installed correct and there is nothing blocking the ventilation
openings on the main unit.
4. Place a suitable bowl under the milling tube (6).
5. Connect the power cord of the appliance to the power supply.
6. Add the mixture of minced meat in the feed hopper (16).
7. Press “ON / R” Switch in position “ON” and also “ON / 0 / R” Switch in
position “ON” so that the appliance will start its normal function.
8. Slowly feed the mixture of minced meat into the milling tube (6) using the
food pusher (17).
9. After you finish processing, turn off the appliance by pressing the “ON / 0 / R”
Switch in position “0” and disconnect the power cord from the power supply.
