Riding your scooter:
1.
Turn on your scooter and select the lowest/slowest speed setting. Do not start in medium or fast
speed mode as scooter wheel will skid starting off in either of these faster settings.
2.
Turn on lights if visibility is low.
3.
Place yourself to kickstand side of scooter, grab both handles and release kickstand with your
foot.
4.
Place one foot onto the scooter deck ensuring you are well balanced. Gently push off with the
other foot, pressing the accelerator for a smooth start and once there is enough speed for balance
and control place foot on scooter deck. This scooter has very powerful acceleration so take extra
care when applying more speed, it is essential to slowly build up speed.
5.
To slow/stop the scooter, squeeze the Front and Rear Brake Levers at the same time to
simultaneously slow both the front and back wheels. If you slow down to a full stop, be prepared
to safely apply one foot to ground at about 1-2kph to avoid falling off.
6.
When you have finished riding, apply the kickstand and turn the scooter power off. Make sure you
store the scooter inside and charge to full. Although not essential, best practice is to charge
between 30 minutes - 1 hour after riding if this is feasible.
