for the purpose of its investigation (all that is necessary to be asked for because the appliance must be
inspected by an expert who analyses the reasons of the fault). The water heater during the transport
must be marked in a legible and visible way (best together with the address and signature of the end
user) in order to avoid its incorrect identification. The adequate photo documentation is required too and
it will show the scope of damage, installation (cold water piping, hot water drain, heating system inlet and
outlet, safety parts, expansion tank – if it occurs) and also the damage localization on the water heater.
The manufacturer also reserves the right to ask the purchaser to submit all documents and matters
necessary for the purpose of explanation. The service will perform its duties by virtue of product liability
only on condition that the documentation submitted by the party lodging the claim has proved that the
damage was caused by the manufacturer’s product. By the time of the case full clarification and reasons
determination the manufacturer is considered not to be bearing the blame for it. The service and
installation manual non-observance is considered to be the negligence and results in annulment of
liability as for the compensation for arisen damage. Illustrations and data are not binding and can be
changed without notice at the moment of technical improvements implementation.
The manufacturer reserves the right to possible misprints and technical changes.
