7. The temperature in the room where the appliance has to be used must be above the freezing point. The
appliance must be installed at a place easily accessible in case of maintenance, repair or replacement.
In case of using the water with high calcium content the use of commercially available water softeners is
recommended because the natural calcium development cannot be lodged as a claim. It is necessary to
use drinking water of relevant quality that satisfies the national standards and regulations.
13. Wiring system
The connection to the mains must be done in accordance with valid national standards and regulations
relating to specifications determined by local electricity supplier and also the water management company
and also to data contained in Service and installation manual. This connection only can be done by an
authorized electrician. It is necessary to adhere strictly to recommended safety regulations so that in case of
a damage or breakdown of electric water heater supply such breakdown does not cause the damage of
other electric appliances (e.g. cooling chambers, rooms used for sanitary purposes, zootechnics etc. )
In the rooms where there is a tub or shower the appliance must be installed in accordance with national
standards.
It is necessary to adhere to technical requirements for adequate electricity company connection. The current

All cables led to and led out from the appliance must be fastened to the point of their circuits.
The wiring system should include a device that isolates all transmissions with min. 3mm diameter openings.

Before the start of any maintenance works or repairs in accordance with labour safety regulations it is
necessary to disconnect the heater from the supply and ensure it against the restart and find that the

electric connections must correspond to the diagram of water heater cable part connection.
14. Instructions for product disposal after its service life expiration
VIADRUS a.s. is a contractual partner of the firm EKO–KOM a.s., its client number being F00120649.
Packages are in compliance to EN 13427.
Because the product is constructed of common metal materials its individual parts are recommended to
be disposed of as follows:

exchanger – through a firm dealing with waste collection and disposal

piping, jacketing – through a firm dealing with waste collection and disposal

other metal parts – through a firm dealing with waste collection and disposal

bleeder cap – through a firm dealing with waste collection and disposal,(like a non-ferrous metal)
The boiler wrapping should be disposed of in following way:

plastic foil, cardboard cover and the wooden pallet into the common waste

metal strap for strapping – through a firm dealing with waste collection and disposal
In case that the product has lost its serviceability you can take advantage of product “take back
service” (if this is established); in case that the originator has declared that it is a scrap it must be
handled according to the valid legislation of relevant country.
15. Guarantee and product liability
The guarantee is provided in accordance with legal regulation of the Czech Republic and European
Union.
1. The guarantee provision by the appliance manufacturer (only Manufacturer hereinafter) is conditioned by
the payment of invoice for the purchase of particular appliance; this invoice must contain an
unambiguous identification of the type of appliance together with the model and serial number and these
data must be stated when lodging a claim.
2. The assembly, installation, connection of transmissions and start of the particular appliance must be
done in the scope required by legal regulations and Service and installation manual and by an worker of
authorized company with valid licence according to corresponding standards and notices, who will
observe the above standards. The hot water tank (except the external shell or plastic shell) must be
protected against the sunshine in order to prevent the polyurethane foam from discolourment or plastic
parts from cracking.
