Resource Controlled By 

Enables the BIOS to automatically configure all the Plug-and-Play compatible 

devices.  When set to “Auto(ESCD)”, the BIOS will automatically assign IRQ, 

DMA and memory base address fields.  When set to “Manual”, all of the “IRQ 

Resources” become available for manual configuration.
