3 .4 Collegamento del CANNS500

Quando si collega l’apparecchio al pacco batterie, attenersi al se-
guente procedimento. Verificare che tutti gli interruttori siano disat-
tivati, che tutti i fusibili siano staccati (estratti) e che il polo negativo
del pacco batterie principale sia scollegato dal pacco batterie.

• Collegare B1, B2, B3 e/o B4 al CANNS500.

B4
B1 deve sempre essere collegato alla tensione massima disponibile
del pacco batterie. Se sono installate quattro batterie da 12 V in serie
per creare un pacco batterie da 48 V, B1 deve essere collegato al col-
legamento da 48 V. B2 a 36 V, e così via.
Se vengono installate due batterie da 24 V in serie per ottenere un
pacco batterie da 48 V, B1 corrisponde a 48 V e B2 corrisponde a 24 V.
Se vi è un solo alloggiamento (box) per il pacco batterie da 48 V senza
blocchi batterie separati, B1 deve essere collegato a 48 V.
Nel caso di un pacco batterie al litio, la tensione più alta deve essere
collegata unicamente a B1, senza utilizzare B2, B3 e B4. Per le batterie
collegate in parallelo, V1=V2. In questo caso, deve essere collegato a
B+ soltanto il polo positivo del pacco batterie.
Passo 2
• Collegare B1, B2, B3 e B4 alle batterie corrette.
Passo 3
• Collegare lo shunt al cavo meno, fra il pacco batterie e il sistema (ca-
rico: motore elettrico/motori elettrici, utenza/e, caricabatterie, ecc.).
Accertarsi che, ad eccezione dell’interruttore, non siano presenti
apparecchi fra il polo negativo del CANNS500 e il polo negativo
del pacco batterie.
Passo 4
• Collegare il morsetto "BATT" del CANNS500 con il polo negativo
del pacco batterie.
Passo 5
• Installare i singoli fusibili per collegare B1 (più B2, B3 e B4, se ap-
plicabile).
• Azionare l’interruttore per collegare il polo negativo generale al
sistema.
Alimentazione
Il CANNS500 viene alimentato tramite il morsetto dello shunt Batt- e
il morsetto B1+ (connettore spade, ad es.. FASTON).
Ingressi per sensore della temperatura esterna (T1-T4)
Il sensore della temperatura esterna viene utilizzato per calcolare con
precisione le variazioni della capacità della batteria a seguito delle
oscillazioni della temperatura.
Vengono forniti di serie due sensori della temperatura e due cavi (1 x
2 m e 1 x 5 m). Completare il set di sensori con cavi per sensori della
lunghezza corretta, disponibili separatamente.
• Collegare la spina del sensore al connettore a due pin con l’eti-
chetta T1, T2, T3 o T4.
• Fissare o posizionare l’altra estremità del cavo del sensore sulla
batteria singola. Accertarsi che il coperchio del sensore venga in-
stallato lontano dai collegamenti elettrici.
