2. Assembly/ installation
2.1 Preparation
Ensure that the car frame or counterweight has a sufficiently strong mechanical stop at the
lower or upper end in its projection that would withstand the forces of an impact. The support at
the stop should project at least 10 mm into the projection of the extended pawl! In addition, the
minimum distance to moving parts should not be less than 15mm when retracted. The following
figure shows the r ailoc`s extension range in its horizontal projection.
