Alignment
PLL VCV (Varactor Control Voltage)

Connect the DC voltmeter between TP1025 on the
Main Unit and ground.
U
Set the transceiver to CH 4 via the “CH” box located
on the upper left corner on the “Alignment” window
previously.
U
Adjust L1029 on the Main Unit for 3.8~4.0 V on the
DC voltmeter.
U
Set the transceiver to CH 1 via the “CH” box located
on the upper left corner on the “Alignment” window
previously.
U
Confirm that the voltage is more than 1.0 V.
U
Set the transceiver to CH 4 via the “CH” box located
on the upper left corner on the “Alignment” window
previously.
U
Key the transmitter, and adjust L1031 on the Main
Unit for 3.8~4.0 V on the DC voltmeter.
U
Set the transceiver to CH 1 via the “CH” box located
on the upper left corner on the “Alignment” window
previously.
U
Key the transmitter, and confirm that the voltage is more
than 0.9 V.

Set the transceiver to CH 2 via the “CH” box located
on the upper left corner on the “Alignment” window
previously.

To adjustment, double-click the left mouse button on
the “

” box to open the pop-up window,
then move the slide bar to adjust the frequency counter
displays the 455.000 MHz ± 100 Hz.

To adjustment, double-click the left mouse button on

dow, then move the slide bar to adjust the 5.0 W ± 0.1
W. Confirm that the current consumption is 2.3 A or
lower.
