Use each test strip immediately

after removing it from the vial.
Write the discard date (the

date opened plus 90 days) on
the vial label when you first
open it. Discard remaining test
strips 90 days after first open

Do not bend, cut, or alter a

test strip in any way.
Keep the strip vial away from

children since the cap and the
test strip may be a choking
hazard. If swallowed, promptly
see a doctor for help.
3. Control solution storage
Storage condition: Store

the control solution tightly
closed at temperatures
35.6°F~86°F(2°C~ 30°C). Do
not freeze.
Record the discard date (date
¾
opened plus 90 days) on the
control solution vial. Discard
after 90 days.
