Verizon One-Year Limited Warranty Summary
Verizon Wireless warrants your Palm and accessories against
defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the
date of original retail purchase. Verizon Wireless does not
warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by
accident or abuse. To obtain service, contact a Verizon
Wireless authorized service provider. Subject to the full terms
and detailed information on obtaining services available at
www.verizonwireless.com/support, if you submit a valid claim
under this warranty, Verizon Wireless will either repair, replace
or refund your Palm at its own discretion. Warranty benefits
are in addition to the rights provided under local consumer
laws. You may be required to furnish proof of purchase details
when making a claim under this warranty.
Your Wireless Devices and Third-Party
Services
Verizon Wireless is the mobile carrier associated with your
Palm, but many services and features offered through your
Palm are provided by or in conjunction with third parties.
Verizon Wireless is not responsible for your use of your Palm or
any non-Verizon Wireless applications, services, and products
including any personal information you choose to use, submit
or share with others. Specific third-party terms and
conditions, terms of use, and privacy policies apply. Please
review carefully all applicable terms, conditions and policies
prior to using your Palm and any associated application,
product, or service.
Battery
Do not attempt to replace the Palm battery yourself. You may
damage the battery, which could cause overheating, fire, and
injury. The battery in your Palm should be serviced or recycled
by a Verizon Wireless authorized service provider, and must be
recycled or disposed of separate from household waste.
Dispose of batteries according to your local environmental
laws and guidelines. For information about the Palm batteries

Regulatory
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation
is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may
not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must
accept any interference received, including interference that
