Backup 

You can choose to backup your Palm to your Google Drive 
account. To access backup settings:  

1.

Access device settings.  

2.

Tap System > Backup. 

 

System Updates 

Check for Android system updates and view update history on 
your Palm. To access: 

1.

Access device settings.  

2.

Tap System > System Updates. The following is 
displayed: 

 

Check for system updates:

 Tap to check for software 

updates. 

Show system update history:

 Tap to see previous software 

updates.  

The System Update Status is displayed on the bottom.

 

 

Reset Options 

There are a few options for resetting aspects of your Palm, 
including network, app preferences, and factory reset. 

Reset Wi-Fi, Mobile & Bluetooth 

To reset Wi-Fi, Mobile data, and Bluetooth settings:  

1.

Access device settings.  

2.

Tap System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & 
Bluetooth.  

3.

Tap Reset Settings and confirm.  

Reset App Preferences 

You can reset app preferences, including notifications, 
permissions, and more. To reset app preferences: 

1.

Access device settings.  

2.

Tap System > Reset options > Reset app preferences. 

3.

Tap Reset Apps. 

 

Erase All Data (Factory Reset) 

You have the option of erasing all data to restore your Palm to 
factory defaults. By doing this, you are deleting all added data 
from the device, including Google account settings, system 
settings, downloaded apps, media (photos, videos, and 
music) and other files stored on your Palm.
