CHANGING THE FILTERS (VPC7000)
*COMMERCIAL UNIT/SPECIAL APP.*
PREPARATION
1.
UNPLUG
your VeriPure® System unit from electrical connection before changing filter cartridges.
*THIS STEP IS IMPORTANT, IN ORDER TO RESET YOUR VERIPURE UNIT.
2. Turn off the water supply to your VeriPure® system.
3. Relieve the pressure on the Veripure® System by running unit or application until no water comes out.
TO REMOVE THE FILTER CANISTERS/USED FILTERS (VPC7000)
1. Place a towel/absorbent cloth under unit or work surface.
2. Using supplied filter wrench loosen filter canisters, be careful as these will be full of water.
3. After canisters are removed, pour out excess water and remove and discard of used filters.
4. Wipe out any debris or build up inside of canister.
TO INSTALL NEW FILTERS
1. Open new carbon/sediment filters from wrapping/packaging.
2. Place filter into canisters.
3. Replace and screw canisters back onto Veripure® Unit.
note: sediment filter is on the right (water inlet side) with carbon filter
on the left (water outlet side) of the filter assembly.
4. Using filter wrench snug the canister tight, be careful not to overtighten as you can crack the union fitting between the filter
assemblies.
RETURNING THE UNIT TO USE
1. Plug unit back in.
PRESS FILTER RESET BUTTON.
2.
Open valve to water supply. Note:
CHECK FOR WATER LEAKS AT CONNECTIONS, IF DETECTED PUSH TUBING TO SEAT FULLY.
