Not connected
If Cloud icon displays, the terminal is not connected.
Check router, and cable, then restart terminal.
Transactions referred
If transaction is referred, the device will display a
message to call for authorisation. Enter password and
authorisation code.
Tamper
If the device shows a ‘Tamper Error’ please contact our
Customer Support Team.
Last PIN attempt
Customer has one final PIN attempt remaining.
Entering the PIN incorrectly will block the card.
MID/TID
These are printed on receipts.
