MANUAL DOSING
There are 2 manual dosage types:
1) With the Cycle parameter deactive (
Cycle [dea]
) the dosage is constant at the defined flowrate (% Flowrate)
2) With the Cycle parameter active (
Cycle [act]
) the dosage is constant at the defined flowrate (% Flowrate) but is
also cyclical with programmable ON (Ton) and OFF (Toff) times. Furthermore, the dosing can be activated after a
programmable delay (Td) when the pump is switched on or when the enable signal is received. The enable input
is optional and therefore may not be present. See the Connections diagram on page 18. NB: if the optional enable
is present, you can choose whether to activate it or not in the SET UP menu; page 20.
In the menu
Dosing
, select by the cursor "Manual" and
press
ENTER
.
Use the ▼▲ buttons to select the parameter to be
changed and press
ENTER
.
In the figure on the left you can see the factory
parameters with cycle disabled and with active cycle.
Td
:this is the time in seconds (from 0-9999sec) that the
pump waits before dosing the chemical after its
switching on or after receiving the enable signal.
Ton
:this is the time in seconds (from 0-9999sec) of
dosing
Toff
: this is the time in seconds (from 0-9999sec) of
stop dosing.
Manual dosing:
A) Deactive cycle
B) Active cycle

Istant of switching on of
the pump or istant of receiving
the enable signal
2.

Istant of switching off of
the pump or interruption of the

PULSES DOSING
For every
N
pulses received from the water-meter the pump doses the ml of chemical set in
mL Dos
. The dosing flowrate
is programmed in
%Flowrate
. The memory function allows to memorize all the impulses coming from the watermeter
while the pump is dosing and to perform the related dosing immediately after.
NB: it is important to define the flowrate of the pump in the
Calibration
menu.
In the menu
Dosing
, select by the cursor "
Pulses
"
and press
ENTER
.
In the figure on the left you can see the factory
parameters.
Use the ▼▲ buttons to select the parameter to be
changed and press
ENTER
.
Use the ▼▲ buttons to select the desired value and
press
ENTER
whenever necessary to confirm the
change.
If you want to esc programming and return to
measurement, press the
