Step 11  

Disc Brake Calibration

Bike Assembly

Spin the wheel and listen 

for any scraping sounds. 

These indicates signs of 

rubbing.

1.

If there's signs of rubbing, 

loosen the screw with a 

M4 hex key so the brake 

caliper can move freely. 

Adjust the clearance 

between the brake pad 

and disc until you can no 

longer hear any sounds 

when spinning the wheel.

2. 

Tighten the screws. 

Spin the wheel to 

check for any sounds.

3. 

Rear Light Battery Replacement

Unscrew the bolt on 

the back of the light to 

take it off.

1.

Insert a coin beneath 

the lid, spin the coin, 

and lift it open.

2. 

Replace both batteries. 

Put the lid back on and 

press the power button 

to turn on the light.

3. 

NOTE

   Replace with two CR2032 batteries.
