The camera is attached to the mounting bracket with the
small clamp on the bracket and the screw and washers
(provided).
We suggest you attach bracket and camera (with the
screw) briefly before actually mounting the bracket to
facilitate mounting the camera when the bracket is fastened
to the wall.
The simple clamp + screw fixing method allows for fast and
easy mounting/removal of the camera.
5. Troubleshooting
Problem Cause
Solution
Adapter is not plugged into the mains.
Plug the adapter into the mains.
Transmitter of receiver is not switched on.
Switch on both units.
Transmitter or receiver
does not function.
Wrong adapter is being used.
Use the 12V adapter for the transmitter
and the 13.5V adapter for the receiver.
No sound or image.
Channel switches are not set to the same
channel.
Set transmitter and receiver to the same
channel.
Identify the interference source and turn it
off or remove it from the path between
transmitter and receiver.
Change the channel settings.
Signal interference due to other signal
producing device(s).
Relocate transmitter and/or receiver.
Transmitter and receiver are too far apart. Relocate transmitter and/or receiver.
Disturbed sound or
image.
Antenna position is not correct.
Adjust antenna orientation.
