Update system time
•
Create a text file named
time.txt
.
•
In that text file, enter the date and time in the following format:
YYYY.MM.DD hh:mm:ss
(
YYYY
=year,
MM
= month,
DD
= date,
hh
=hour,
mm
=minutes,
ss
= seconds)
e.g.:
2009.11.18 13:43:00
•
Plug the
CAMCOLVC7
into the USB port of your PC.
•
Copy
time.txt
to the root directory of the
CAMCOLVC7
.
•
Shut the USB device down in a proper way and unplug it from the USB port.
•
Switch the
CAMCOLVC7
off and on again. At this point, date and time as specified in
the
time.txt
file are loaded into the system memory and the file itself is removed from
the directory.

Batteries
•
This recorder contains an internal rechargeable battery. When the device is end-of-life,
this battery has to be removed.
•
To do this, remove the 4 screws (red, see figure below) and the cover.
•
Cut off the battery leads and dispose of the battery in accordance with local
regulations.
WARNING:
Never dispose of batteries in fire, as they could explode.
Keep batteries away from children.
