Before connecting the

AVMOD17

 :

Set the channel switches at the back of the transmitter and the receiver to the same channel

The connection method will be defined by your TV and the A/V component you're going to use (VCR, DVD player,
etc). Read the manual of that device carefully and then connect the

AVMOD17

according to the guidelines below :

1.1.  Connecting the Transmitter with an A/V Device

A/V connection

Connect the mini plug of the provided A/V cables with the A/V jack at the back of the transmitter and insert the plugs
at the other end in the VIDEO, AUDIO & OUT jacks (or SCART connector "OUT") at the back of the A/V device
(marked LINE OUT). See figure 3.

RF connection – for an A/V component without additional A/V output jacks

If your A/V device is equipped with only 1 set of A/V output jacks and you want to connect it with your TV, then you
should connect the OUT connection of the A/V device and the VHF/UHF connection of the TV via a coaxial cable. If
you also want to watch cable on that TV, you should connect the input source of your cable TV with the IN
connection of the A/V device. See also fig. 4.
