6.2.2.  Instructions for repairing damage or areas affected by rust

In the case of areas affected by rust, a medium-hard 

hand brush can be used to eliminate rust on flat areas.

A rotary tool with a soft brush can be used if the 

oxidation is persistent and cannot be removed with 

manual brushing.

7. 

For plane intersection areas, a grinder with a small 

diameter brush must be inserted to gain access.

It is necessary to completely eliminate all remains of 

oxidation, insisting in the most affected areas and 

reaching the base material if necessary.
