JT550 Series Inverter Manua

If the carrier frequency is low, output current has high harmonics, and the power loss and temperature
rise of the motor increase.
If the carrier frequency is high, power loss and temperature rise of the motor declines. However, the
inverter has an increase in power loss, temperature rise and interference.
Adjusting the carrier frequency will exert influences on the aspects listed in the following table.
The factory setting of carrier frequency varies with the inverter power. If you need to modify the
carrier frequency, note that if the set carrier frequency is higher than factory setting, it will lead to an increase
in temperature rise of the inverter's heatsink. In this case, you need to derate the inverter. Otherwise, the
inverter may overheat and alarm.

Carrier frequency adjustment
with temperature
Range:0~1
Default:1
0: No
1: Yes
It is used to set whether the carrier frequency is adjusted based on the temperature. The inverter
automatically reduces the carrier frequency when detecting that the heatsink temperature is high. The inverter
resumes the carrier frequency to the set value when the heatsink temperature becomes normal. This function
reduces the overheat alarms.
The JT550 provides totally four groups of acceleration/deceleration time for selection. You can
perform switchover by using a X terminal.
