1. SAFETY INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS

1.1

SAFETY SYMBOLS

The following symbols will be used throughout this manual.

The following safety precautions must be followed at all times along with any

additional existing safety rules.

1.2 CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS

For best results, charge the battery in temperatures ranging from 65 degrees F

(18 degrees C) to 75 degrees F (24 degrees C). Inflator must be charged at least

24 hours using the 120 volt AC method prior to initial use.

A. INITIAL USE

The Vector Compressor/Inflator is shipped in a partially charged state (not fully

charged).  The battery must be charged using the 120 volt AC method before

the initial use.

B. END OF USE/RECHARGE

When charge indicator runs down, recharge product before storing away,

using the 120 volt AC method.

C. MAINTENANCE/RECHARGE/STORED ITEM

Recharge the unit every 3 to 6 months even if the unit has not been used.

D. GENERAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

1.

Completely read this product manual as well as all interactive applicable

manufacturers’ and/or vehicles’ manuals and safety guidelines.

2.

Be familiar with the proper use of the unit and all interactive applicable

manufacturers’ products.

3.

Never exceed recommended pressures or over inflate tires/inflatable

items. Bursting articles can cause serious injury. Always check pressure

with the pressure gauge. It is recommended to wear protective eyewear

when inflating tires/inflatable items.

4.

Always wear protective clothing (i.e. no vinyl) and eyewear when using

WHICH, IF NOT AVOIDED, WILL RESULT IN DEATH OR

SERIOUS INJURY.
