The RCS-9000 offers sixteen programmable I/O within TTL 5V tolerance. If the
GPIO is logic high, it indicates that the mapping on SIO GPIO pin is logic high
level. If the GPIO is logic low, it indicates that the mapping on SIO GPIO pin is
logic low level.
