2.1.3 Batch setting
All ripening processes are logged with a unique batch identification.
Therefore, it is necessary to enter batch information prior to the ripening process.
No information displayed because no
batch is selected.
Select ‘New’ to enter batch details.
Batch details are displayed.
Ripening process is possible now (Hold -
Ripe - Standby)
Default the batch information is coupled
to the selected controller only. It is
possible to move the batch to another
controller (cell). This makes it possible to
continue ripening in another cell.
Select another available cell.
Enter here your batch details.
(Contents depends on settings)
Don’t change batch details and close window.

are erased from current

Open the other cell to see
