9.11 Changing the program
A new program must be loaded in order to change the program. The program parameters of the new
program are immediately accepted and executed. The program cannot be changed during production.
The procedure for changing programs is described in the section entitled "Programs" under "Loading
program".
NOTICE
It takes longer to warm up the spray water when the hot water cascade is switched on!
9.12 Continuous operation
The program "Continuous operation" ( ) has been pre-programmed by the manufacturer. In this op-
erating mode, all the conveyor belts run continuously. This program cannot be overwritten.
Depending on the switch position selected in the machine settings under "Hold temperature" (see the
section "Temperature"), the water in the water tank is held at the temperature or cools down.
This program cannot be overwritten.
9.13 Decalcification mode
Calcification in the water conducting system, in the water tank and on the conveyor belt are removed
during the decalcification process.
There are two ways to start the decalcification process:
Manual decalcification
Read the section "Manual decalcification"
Automatic decalcification (optional)
Read the section " Automatic decalcification (optional)"
NOTICE
Both decalcification processes are only relevant for the water conducting system, the water
tank and the conveyor belt! All other machine parts must, if necessary, must be decalcified
manually.
Process
•
Completely drain the water tank.
•
Fill fresh water up to the minimum level.
•
Add decalcifier, manually or automatically (optional: decalcifying system).
•
Warm water up to approx. 60 °C.
