Removing blockages from the brushbar

WARNING:

To reduce the risk of electric shock, turn the vacuum cleaner off and unplug from

the electrical outlet before performing maintenance/troubleshooting checks.

Disconnect the hose from the vacuum cleaner and remove any blockages found then reconnect
the hose securely.

Resetting jammed brushbar

A red flashing light will indicate a jammed brushbar. To reset press the button on the side of your vacuum.

Removing debris from the brushbar

If the light continues to flash red after resetting, the brushbar may still be blocked. Using a pair of
scissors, cut through any threads or hairs caught around the brushbar. To access brushbar:

Press the brushbar reset button again to ensure the blockage is fully cleared.

IMPORTANT:

for your safety, never try to access/replace brushbar drive belt.
