BUTTON FUNCTIONS
Red Button: To turn on the meter and measure distance (single or continuous
measurement) .
Black Button: To turn off the meter or to select options (Unit measurement or Front/
Rear edge measurement) .
To convert the measured distance to other units of measurement, briefly press both red and black buttons at the
same time .

The target the laser beam aims at is strong at
reflecting the laser beam .
Change the target or attach a piece of
white paper to the target .
ERR02
The distance to be measured is beyond the
measuring range . The specified measuring range
of this instrument is 2 in-100 ft (51 mm~30 .48 m) .
Measure within the effective measuring
range .
ERR03
The target the laser beam aims at is weak at
reflecting the laser beam .
Change the target or attach a piece of
white paper to the target .
ERR06
Low battery .
Replace with a new battery .
