If the noise level doesn’t meet the standard, calculate Homogeneity(ave) -
Noise(dev) ratio at each ROI, and if the results meet the following standard, the
inspection test is passed.

Homogeneity(ave) ÷ Noise(dev) ≥ 100(at ROI1,2) 500(at ROI3)
If the standard is not met overall, perform PANO Sensor Calibration and PANO
Collimator Alignment again.
