Replacement of plate o-ring

Allen Wrench 3mm

Description 

Required tool 

1.  Vent vacuum system on both sides of the valve. 

2.  Move the plate to position 30% open. 

3.  Disconnect electrical POWER connector at valve and remove valve from 

vacuum system.  

Attention! 

Electrical power is needed for plate adjustment in step 19. 

 

Take care to the sealing surface! 

 

 

4.  Unfasten and remove the 2 fastening 

screws

5.  Push the plate a little down 

 

 

 

 

6.  Remove the plate on the other side of 

shaft
