Install and Tighten

-(1) 1/2-13 x 1.0” Bolt
-(1) 1/2” Lock Washer

Use 3/4” or adjustable wrench

Line up Notches

Install and

Leave Loose

-(4) 5/16-18 x 3/4” Bolts
-(4) 5/16-18 Lock Nuts

Do not

tighten until

Tighten hardware from

1/2” or 13mm wrench.
