Check that all accessories are complete and not damaged. Clean all detachable parts 
thoroughly according to the section of 

“CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE”   

Important: Blades and chipping/slicing disk are very sharp, handle with care.   
 

USING YOUR APPLIANCE   

According  to  your  desired  task,  select  proper  attachment  for  use:  A:  blending 

attachment, B: chopping attachment , C: whisking attachment

A: Instruction for blending attachment 

Important: Ensure that the  stick blender is unplugged  from the  power outlet before 

assembling or removing attachments. 

Note

: The time running unit without load can’t exceed 15s. Max operation duration 

under  high  speed  per  time  less  than 

30s

.  Minimum  3  minutes  rest  time  shall  be 

maintained between two continuous cycles; 

1. To use blending Jar 

1. To assemble the detachable stem with the motor unit, turn the stem anti-clockwise 
until tightened.   
2. You shall peel or core the fruits and then cut them into small dices (approx. 15mm 
x15mm  x15mm),  put  the  fruit  dices  or  vegetable  into  the  cup.  Usually  certain 
amount  of  purified  water  has  to  be  added  to  facilitate  the  smooth  running,  the 
proportion  of  the  food  and  water  is  2:3. The  amount  of  mixture  should  not  exceed 
the max capacity of jar.       
3. Plug the appliance into power outlet.   
4. Lower the hand blender into food and select proper speed button (low speed and 
high  speed)  to  press  and  hold  it,  the  blender  starts  blending  immediately.    When 
using  the  low  speed  button,  you  can  adjust  the  speed  adjusting  dial  on  the  top  of 
motor unit for different speed.   
NOTE: the speed adjusting dial is not suitable for the high speed button. 
5.  Release  the  speed  button  to  stop  operating  when  the  food  consistency  your 
required is obtained.   

 

B: Instruction for chopping attachment   

The knife blade is mainly suitable for chopping carrots or meats. 

1. Assemble the knife blade onto the shaft in the jar, always fit the knife blade before 
adding ingredients.   
2. Firstly cut the carrot into small pieces (15mm x 15mm x15mm), then place them 
into the jar. Also you may chop cabbages, first cut the cabbage into small pieces so 
that it can go through the feeding tube.

 

Note: 

The max quantity of food can’t exceed the 200g for each operation.   

Note:

 Max operation duration at high speed per time shall not exceed 20s.
