1. Check if the blackout is activated and deactivate it if

necessary.

2. Check if you have set the brightness limit of individual

colours or the total brightness. Normally, all values are

set to 255 (full brightness). You can find the setting

under 

‘SET UP’

 -> Dimmer ALL / RED / GREEN / BLUE /

WHITE.

No response to the IR remote con‐

trol

Check if the RC function is deactivated and activate it if

necessary.
